How cold are the ice baths, and how long do I stay in?
Temperatures are typically between 10-15°C (50-59°F). For beginners, we start with short immersions of 1-3 minutes, guided by your trainer to ensure safety and comfort.
Is it safe? I have some health concerns.
Your safety is our top priority. We conduct a pre-session health screening. We do not recommend ice baths for individuals with certain conditions like uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart conditions, or Raynaud’s syndrome without prior medical clearance.
What should I wear for an ice bath session?
We recommend a swimsuit. You’ll also be provided with a robe and slippers. We have private changing facilities and towels available at our locations.

Absolutely! We offer group ice bath sessions, which are a great way to build team morale or share a unique, empowering experience with friends. The shared energy makes it easier and more fun!
